Refundable until your event is over
If RH Seating is not right for your event, ask for a refund any time before the day, or within 7 days after it, and never less than 14 days from payment, and you get your money back in full. Most guarantees run 14 days from purchase, which expires months before a wedding booked in advance. Ours runs until you have actually used it.
There are cheaper ways to do this.
Some tools will show a guest a table number for nothing, and if that is all you need, take one. This is for the host who wants the whole arrival handled: the seat, the people beside it, the menu, the allergies, the room, the registry, and the printed cards that carry the code.

Questions about the money
- Is this a subscription?
- No. Your first event is free through 250 guests. If a later or larger event needs a paid plan, you pay once for that event and that is the end of it. There is nothing to cancel, no renewal date, and no card kept on file.
- What happens if my guest list grows past the plan I paid for?
- Email support@rhseating.com and it is sorted out by hand, without you paying the higher tier twice. Guest lists grow, and charging somebody again for planning early would be a penalty for doing the right thing. There is no automatic upgrade button yet, so a person handles it, usually the same day.
- Can I get a refund?
- If RH Seating is not right for your event, ask for a refund any time before the day, or within 7 days after it, and never less than 14 days from payment, and you get your money back in full. We ask what went wrong, because that is how the product gets better, but the refund does not depend on the answer. Email support@rhseating.com and it is handled by the person who built it.
- When exactly do I pay?
- Your first event needs no payment to publish through 250 guests. For a first event above that, or a later event above 50, payment is requested when you publish, not when you start. You can still build and preview the entire event before entering a card.
- Is the free tier a trial?
- No, and it does not expire. Your first event is free through 250 guests, published and live with a working QR code. Later events are free through 50 guests. Free pages carry a small RH Seating credit, and deleting the first event does not reset the first-event allowance.
- How should I compare this with other free QR tools?
- Compare the workflows your event needs: table lookup, exact-chair planning, guest-page sections, languages and printing. RH Seating includes seating, menu, floor plan and registry on its free guest page, with your first event free through 250 guests. - What happens to my event after the day?
- It stays in your account and you can export your guest list at any time. Nothing is deleted on a schedule, and you can permanently delete the whole account yourself from Privacy and account if you would rather it were gone.
- Do my guests pay anything or need an account?
- Never. Guests scan a code, type a name and see their place. No app, no login, no email address, and nothing they have to install while standing at your door.
