Why we built it
Seating should not begin with a crowd around a paper chart.
RH Seating is designed for a familiar scene: guests arriving at an event, gathering around one printed list, and searching for their names while the celebration waits.
We imagined a cleaner arrival. A guest scans a QR code from their own phone, enters their name, and immediately knows where to go. Hosts can prepare the guest list, choose the experience, and update it without printing another board.
That idea shapes RH Seating Studio: practical planning tools for hosts, paired with an elegant experience for guests.
