Everything in one guest experience

From guest list to table, without the crowd.

Plan seating, create the guest-facing experience, and share a QR code—all through a workflow made for real event day pressure.

Planning tools

Powerful where you need it. Quiet everywhere else.

Start with the fastest path, then use more detailed controls only when your event calls for them.

01

Guest list, your way

Paste names from a spreadsheet, import CSV or Excel, or enter guests manually. Keep table and seat details organized in one event.

02

Simple or visual planning

Use a guided workflow for fast setup, or switch to the visual seating layout when you need exact-chair detail.

03

A QR code guests can use

Share one scannable code on signs or stationery so guests can open the seat finder from their phone.

04

Instant name search

Guests search their name and see the table or seat assignment you prepared, without creating an account.

05

A look that fits the event

Choose a template, language, colors, and guest-facing text that suit the style of your celebration.

06

Updates without reprinting

Adjust your event details or guest assignments from the dashboard and keep the digital experience current.

07

Know who has arrived

Switch on arrival tracking for the day and tick guests in as they reach the door. Each one is stamped with the time, so you can see who is still to come.

08

Cards and signs, ready to print

Generate escort cards, place cards and table cards from the seating you already built, plus a full-page entrance sign carrying your QR code.

09

Share the planning work

Invite collaborators to an event with the access they need. Saved changes are checked for conflicts; simultaneous live editing is not currently supported.

10

Reuse a venue layout

Save a room layout as a venue template and apply it to another event, so repeat planning starts with the room already arranged.

11

Get seating suggestions

Generate and review suggested seating before applying it. Keep the final decision in your hands and adjust assignments on the canvas.

12

Collect guest photos

Enable photo sharing for your event and let guests upload from the same guest page. A limited trial and a separate paid add-on are available; checkout availability is shown in the dashboard.

The guest view

Three simple actions. No instructions required.

The seat finder is designed around the device guests already have in their hand. There is nothing to install and no guest account to remember.

1

Scan

Open the camera and scan the event QR code.

2

Search

Enter a name in the mobile-friendly guest finder.

3

Take your seat

See the assigned table or seat and continue inside.

One system, many kinds of events.

Use the same clear workflow for an intimate dinner or a large reception, then customize the guest-facing details to suit the occasion.

  • Weddings and receptions
  • Corporate dinners and galas
  • Quinceañeras and birthdays
  • Fundraisers and awards
  • Conferences and banquets
  • Any event with assigned seating

Ready when you are

Give every guest a confident arrival.

Create your event, add your seating details, and preview the experience before you share it.

Feature questions, answered

Does RH Seating handle exact chair assignments, not just tables?
Yes. The visual canvas lets you place guests into specific chairs around round or rectangular tables when formality demands it, while Quick QR mode covers table-level planning.
Can guests see the menu and registry too?
The same QR opens the guest's table, your menu with allergy tags on each dish, registry links, and the floor plan - each toggleable per event, in any of 17 languages.
What printable stationery does it generate?
Escort cards, place cards, table numbers and entrance sign designs, generated from the same seating plan so paper and phone never disagree.
