Which one do you need?
Start with the table calculator if you have a guest count and no floor plan yet. It tells you what fits on paper and what to actually hire, which is the number most venues ask for first.
Move to the seating chart maker once you know the table count. It is the same designer a paying customer uses, running with no account behind it, so nothing is a demo version of itself.
The print cost calculator asks a different question, and it is worth asking before a sign maker quotes you: what a printed board comes to once the reprints after the last RSVP change are counted. You set the quote you have been given and how many late changes you expect, and it puts that beside what this product costs. It is a comparison with us in it, so read it as one.
Print place cards and table numbers last, after the seating stops changing. Both read a pasted guest list, so neither one asks you to retype a name you have already typed once.
These tools stop at the paper. If you want guests to look up their own seat on their phone instead of crowding a printed board, that is the product: publish your first event free for up to 250 guests, or read what the free QR seating chart covers before you decide.
